payment

payments for shares must be made in advance and in full.

if you do not wish to pay online with a credit card, please contact us directly so we can make arrangements to receive your payment in the form of cash, personal check or ebt.

pick-up

pick-up day, time and location must be designated at sign-up.

members choose one of the following options:

• wednesdays 12:00-5:00pm in myrtle creek at the library

• wednesdays 3:00-6:00pm in roseburg at rainbow kitchen

• saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm in roseburg at the farmer’s market

• saturdays 4:00-7:00pm at harbinger farm

it is the shareholder’s responsibility to pick up their box each week. if you are unable to complete the pick-up personally, it is perfectly acceptable to send a friend or family member in your place.
please contact us well in advance if any adjustments need to be made to your pick-up at any time throughout the season.
any boxes not retrieved within the designated window will be donated and will not be replaced.

vacation credits

members need not forfeit their box if going on a planned vacation.

if a scheduled trip out of town will cause you to miss your pick-up day, please let us know at least one week prior to your missed pick-up. as long as we receive this minimum advanced notice, we will swap your weekly box for a $30/$15 credit to spend at the farmers market anytime during the 2025 season.
please note: credits that are not redeemed in 2025, will not carry over to the following year.

refunds

processing fees will be deducted from any refund.

membership cancellations/refunds can only be requested prior to the start of csa season. unless paid with cash, only partial refunds for csa shares will be returned to customers, according to processing fees incurred by harbinger farm.
